I have been in the industry since 1983 and worked in Marlborough, Canterbury and South Canterbury as a livestock rep before moving into management roles since 2000 covering Canterbury and later the entire South Island.
I am married to Pip and we have two great children, Ollie and Kate. My interests are following the children's sports, family time and, of course, rugby.
Shaun grew up on a family sheep farm in Tapanui- West Otago and has always had a passion of livestock and farming. After being educated at Blue Mountain College he spent two years in England where he played rugby and took the opportunity to travel. On returning to NZ, Shaun started shepherding and over the past 17 years has worked his way into a management role where he is currently the overseas/manager of a fine wool station in Central Otago. Shaun has also run his own sheep contracting business for the past eight years. Outside work Shaun enjoys hunting, fishing, rugby and spending time with his wife Sarah and their four children.
Nick has been farming for the last 30 years based around the lower South Island, with the last 15 years based in the Waitaki. From management, to sheep contracting, to lease farming, Nick has experience in all aspects of the sheep and beef industry. Nick understands how important relationships are and enjoys seeing farmers thrive. Nick was co-coach of the North Otago Heartland team that won the Meads Cup in 2019. Nick continues to coach in various roles and pursues his passion for the sport, developing its upcoming talent. Nick is married to Tania, they have two children, both at boarding school in Dunedin. Family times revolves around sport or time at the lake.
